Organiser: Andre Balefor, a local independent Gunsmith of some repute. A Maker of exquisite masterwork fitted Rifles.
Description: It's a long gun accuracy contest. Targets start at 200 yards and get moved back 100 yards with each succeeding round of competition. Up to 8 Rounds of competition, depending on the number of shooters. In the event of a tie the winner will be decided by a "sudden-death" shoot-out. Doves in flight, the first to miss loses. In its third year this competition is growing in popularity. The Winner receives a Custom Mekanikally enhanced rifle made by Balefor himself.
Agenda: It is a great advertising boon for Balefor himself, but he's also sponsored by the Corvis City Guard and 2 mercenary companies who use the competition to get a look at the new talent in the area, for possible recruitment.
Social crowd: This event attracts all kinds of supporters as it appeals to most social classes. Attendance is free, but for a fee you can get into a set of bleachers or an expensive box seat.
