Organiser: Brizzard's Arcane Emporium
Description: Come to Brizzard's Arcane Emporium and watch the most frightening monstrosities from all over Khorvaire and beyond parade through the streets!
But ye don't have to be afraid, coz' everyone in the parade are people like you and me. That is, they were before the participating wizards bewitched them to appear like horrors. Marvel at the Hobbling Hyena, gaze at the Gobbling Ghast, and shriek at the Sobbing Spectre.
And best of all: you choose the winner of this contest!
For a small fee, enterprising arcanists may show their talent in the art of illusion. Show them what a real terror looks like and win the top price in Brizzard's Monstrous Parade!
Agenda:
8:00-8:30: Contestants apply at Brizzard's
8:45-9:30: Volunteers to be bewitched arrive
9:30: Casting of illusion spells starts
9:45-4:00: Parade moves through the streets
4:00-5:00: Votes may be cast at Brizzard's
6:00: The winners aer announced
6:15-?: Brizzard's Monstrous Party
Social Crowd: Apart from reserved seats at Brizzard's, the event attracts a ruckus, merry crowd. Alcohol flows freely.
