- The caravan was ambushed by a tribe of Tharn warriors. The increased military presence in the region has severely limited their raids of the surrounding villages and thorps. This caravan however was too good to be true. The PCs will find the abandoned wagons but all the food and even the horses are gone. Upon investigating the scene, they will stumble on a small cave near a river where one of the scouts guarding the caravan has been hiding and tending his wounds. He will be able to help them track the Tharn to their encampment and help enact some vengeance for his fallen comrades.
- There never was a caravan. The PCs are contacted by Brend to perform a quick investigation of the surrounding woods in return for some quick cash. The clever businesswoman has forged all the documents regarding the caravan in order to make a claim towards the company insuring her goods. She wants the party to falsely testify that the surroundings have been thoroughly investigated and no traces of the caravan can be found in return for a percentage of the insurance money.

He has now turned his full attention to trying to tarnish the good name of the Outland Company. There's nothing he want more than to see Brend Ranamor out of business.
