The famous travelling circus Klaus, led by the charismatic Sandra Klaus, has set up camp just outside the village. Almost everyone in the village is present at their big premiere. The morning after rumours start to surface that several break-ins have taken place during last night's show. |

The famous travelling circus Klaus, led by the charismatic Sandra Klaus, has set up camp just outside the village. Almost everyone in the village is present at their big premiere. The morning after rumours start to surface that several break-ins have taken place during last night's show.
- The circus is a cover up for a band of burglars. They scope out the local houses a few days while setting up camp. During the premiere several of the stagehands break into the houses of the most wealthy townsfolk.
- The local thieves guild has chosen the night of the premiere as the perfect timing to strike the village.
- Unknowingly Sandra Klaus has hired a new stagehand who turns out to be the infamous burglar Rinus Garvie. As he doesn't have a big part in the actual show, he has plenty of time to visit a few houses.
